Babolat RPM Soft tennis string polyamide monofilament is more durable than a multifilament and more comfortable than a polyester string. Great for players who want to generate spin but don’t need the durability and stiffness of polyester string.

Our recommendation:

Despite the RPM badge, this is not a poly string and behaves more like a syn gut than its RPM brethren; it makes a great beginner-intermediate string with a nice balance of plushness and power. Plays great in a full bed or in a hybrid stringset with multi or natural gut, but we wouldn't recommend pairing it with poly as the softer string can notch fairly quickly.
