Hitchhiker - spare parts version

Designed to fit anywhere a bottle cage does, Neutron Components’ Hitchhiker gives you flexibility in how you carry your trailside essentials on the bike. The spare parts version was designed with the strong independent rider in mind and holds all of those must-have spare parts:

• Brake pads
• Quick link
• Valve core
• SPD screws

Plus the robust aluminium shell lets you strap on a spare tube, drink bottle, burrito, or anything else you just can't do without on the trail. If you're keen to see how it all goes together you can find the detailed installation instructions here.

The 3D printed insert is compatible with all common flavours of quick links and brake pads (except for SRAM's new Mavens which are, frankly, enormous). If you've got access to a 3D printer though and would like to customise your Hitchhiker to suit your specific needs then you can download the full design pack free of charge.

We reckon the best strap is the one you've already got, but if you're in the market for one then we highly recommend Voile's 12" gear straps - they're tough, great value, and they just work.
